The room had a serious issue with noise from the AC, which was quite disruptive during the night. the restaurant only serves breakfast, leaving limited dining options later in the day, and the furniture in the room felt quite dated. I also ran into a problem with the water service around early evening—definitely not cool when you want a shower after a long day. Lastly, the narrow location leads to some unsettling noise from the street, making it hard to fully relax.

The Standard Double Room was decent for my solo stay. AC worked well, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The rooftop breakfast area had a nice vibe, but the room felt a bit cramped. Cleaning was good overall, so I can't complain too much. It served its purpose for a night in Stone Town.
